All orders to be paid in full before shipping
Shipping
All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Stock items will ship within 1-3 days
Large quantities orders should be ready to ship in 5 days
MBellish is not responsible for missing packages after the tracking information shows it was delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If your glassware is damaged when it is received please contact me within 1 day of receiving your package. Send a photo of the box and the item that is damaged. This is required for replacement.
